After you create a subscription, you can text responses back to the Take24 service to get additional help and feed information.
Current codes you can text back to the service include:
- Sends you a list of these codes so you can know what can be sent back to the service and what action takes place for each.
- Replies back with a prompt asking you what is happening so you can capture what might be triggering your habit.
- Identical to TRIGGER above.
- Sends an urgent text to all members of your support team to let them know you could use some help.
- Sends a non-urgent text to all members of your support team to let them know you could use some help.
- Sends a non-urgent text just to your support team lead.
- Sends you a clickable link to your reports.
